Shoe Size Charts

Many designers have their shoes manufactured and sized in Europe. In order to select the appropriate european size please use the below guide when placing your order.

Shipping

We are happy to ship merchandise to anywhere in the US, Canada or Mexico. Our standard shipping is UPS Ground Service which takes 5-7 business days. Shipping charges within the continental US for standard ground service via UPS are $10.00 per item. For orders placed after 10:00am MST (mountain standard time), please note the order will go out the following business day.

Additional charges will apply for other shipping options and for shipping outside the continental US. An additional $10.00 per item will be applied to ship to Canada, Mexico, US Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico, and to ship 2nd day air. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns/Exchanges

Mary Jane's in store return policy is within 14 days with receipt, for an exchange or store credit only. However, for customers who purchase merchandise through the website, we will extend the return policy to 30 days with receipt, for exchange or store credit only. For returns without a receipt, the current price of the item will be given as store credit only. Returns are not accepted on worn or sale merchandise unless pre-approved by management.

Please note: Try on shoes and ensure proper fit before returning shoes for size exchange. Sizes stated on boxes may not always be correct especially when sizes are converted to US sizes from europe.

Mary Jane's accepts cash (in store only), checks (in store only), and credit cards (American Express, MasterCard, Visa, & Discover). Mary Jane's online boutique accepts payment via credit cards only.
